Sample Itinerary
Day 1 Depart for historic Boston, MA. Arrive and check-in to your Boston area hotel. Settle in and relax before your included dinner this evening.
Day 2 Good Morning! Begin the day with a continental breakfast. After breakfast, depart for a visit to the JFK Library & Museum, where you can experience the life and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. After your visit, meet your Tour Guide and begin your city tour of Boston and Salem. Follow the Freedom Trail and enjoy a visit to the Old North Church. Next, enjoy free time for lunch on your own and shopping in Boston’s Quincy Market before completing the last of your Boston touring to include views of the USS Constitution, the Boston Common and the Public Garden. Continue on for your Tour of Salem, a town tormented in the 17th century by its fear of witchcraft. The tour of Salem highlights the House of 7 Gables, the Waterfront, the Maritime Museum and Essex Street. After your tour, travel back to Boston and enjoy another included dinner this evening.
Day 3 Good Morning! Enjoy a continental breakfast before checking out and departing for Vermont. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. Enjoy time to settle in before enjoying a delicious dinner at your hotel. The rest of the evening is free.
Day 4 Good Morning! Begin the day with a hearty breakfast. After breakfast, depart for a visit to the Kennedy Brothers Factory Marketplace, the home of Vermont’s heirloom quality woodenware, where old time values still exist, including over 200 crafts and antiques booths plus a country store. After your visit, depart for Shelburne and the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory. Enjoy a factory tour where you will see how Teddy Bears are born. Continue on to downtown Burlington and enjoy free time for lunch on your own and shopping at the Church Street Marketplace. Afterwards, depart for a visit to the Green Mountain Coffee Roaster Visitor’s Center & Café. To finish up your day of touring, visit Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory for a guided factory tour and ice cream tasting. Return to the hotel for dinner this evening.
Day 5 Good Morning! Start your day with a hearty breakfast. After breakfast, check-out and depart on a safe trip home with fond memories of Boston & Vermont!
